Return Policy
All stocked items purchased can be returned provided they are in their original unopened package or in the case of building supplies, the item must be in saleable condition. Items that we don't stock and are special ordered for you, in most cases, cannot be returned. You may call us first and we will check with the vendor as some of them will take an item back and charge a restocking fee to put the item back into their stock.

Refund Policy
Refunds are made in accordance with how the item was paid for initially. If you paid by check, the refund will be by check with a five-day waiting period. If you paid by credit card, your credit will be applied to the same credit card. If you paid by cash, providing the refund isn't in excess of one hundred dollars ($100.00), the refund will be made by cash. Otherwise if the refund is larger than one hundred dollars ($100.00), it will be made by check.

We don't require the register receipt for items being returned, but if you don't have your receipt the refund will be based on the selling price of the item on the day it is returned.
